Wedding Bands On The Net offers high quality wedding bands at affordable prices. Nobody sells a better quality wedding band.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of the products purchased from us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order, and we will give you a full refund or full credit toward the purchase of another item of your choice. No refunds on shipping cost.

Returns:
Our office hours our 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. Email us for a return authorization to have your return request expedited. We will email you back a return authorization number that is placed on the outside of the box. You will be given instructions on where to send the package.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special order items such as special finger sizes (above 12 or below 9), engraved bands, cannot be returned.

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped 3-5 days from the time we recieve order. When your item is shipped you will recive an email with a tracking number.

Price Policy:
Our prices are at least 30% less than mall jewelers prices. All prices listed in our store is affected by the price of gold, silver, and platinum. If the price of metal goes up then we will have to increase our prices. You will be notified if there is a change in price and you can accept or decline to proceed with your order.

Payment:
Wedding Bands On The Net accepts accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We only ship to the credit card billing address. If you would like an order shipped elsewhere than you will have to contact your credit card company and have them make that address an alternative shipping address. This takes about 24 hours to get into the system. You can always remove an alternative address at any time. This protects you and us from fraudulent purchases.
